Mapit helps you create and map the decision tree. Unlike other more complex tools it does not give you highly sophisticated analysis procedures. Instead you map out your tree by offering either single choice, multiple choice or text box answers.
The users choice of answer determines the next page that is shown and further information is sought. This process can continue for as long as you like until you have help the user make their decision. At that time you can offer the user one or more options based on their decision "buy now" "download the correct form" "click here for customer service".
The specific decision path is also captured in real time for your reference. The path can then be exported into another application for further analysis.
