Right at the start of the release process for Mapit Designer v3.0 from Hindin Solutions.
Beta testing - done!
User feedback - great!
We haven't fiddled too much with the logic of the program - this is still a really cool way to build decision trees, troubleshooters and product selectors.
What is new is the ability to add graphics and other html effects through an editor incorporated into the software. Now you can bold, italic, underline, change fonts, add tables to make your scripts look sexy.
Because the editor produces html we have to allow for some "features" of html when we are designing our new scripts. Graphics handling is a little light on features but it still works well. We'll include some tips on how to make the best of it as time goes on.
In this new website for Mapit Designer we want to highlight the great ways our customers have of simplifying complex tasks using Mapit, and we'll include as many examples as we can - either on the website or in this blog.
Feel free to let us know if you think you have a sexy script worth boasting about - we'll publish it as a link to your site.
